To run a campaign, download our app and sign up there. You can start a campaign by filling in simple details about your cause.

1. Log into your fundraiser page in the app.
2. Click on "Withdraw Funds."
3. Click on "Add Account" and then "Let’s Begin." (Make sure to read the instructions provided before proceeding.)
To contact us, click on the "Contact Us" icon on any CrowdCareAid page to send us an email or find out more about our services.
We assure you that your donation reaches the beneficiary through several measures:
1. Immediately after you donate, an email is sent to the organizer.
2. You will receive periodic emails with updates whenever the organizer posts them.
3. Funds are transferred to the beneficiary against relevant documents and bills/invoices.
4. Updates are posted on the fundraiser page to maintain trust and transparency.
Yes, you can choose to make your donation anonymous at any time. Please write to us at our email or call us directly, providing your email ID and/or phone number used for the donation. Our executives will assist you accordingly.
